Adam C. Murphy

Adam C. Murphy, age 30, of Monmouth, IL; passed away at OSF St.Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois on October 10, 2013. Adam was born on December 14, 1982,in Monmouth, the son Cindy Lee Reimolds, deceased. He attended Monmouth schools and Union Schools. He received his GED. Adam was a shift manager at the "Super Pantry" in the Exxon-Mobil station located on North Main Street in Monmouth. He loved the Chicago sports teams ...the Bears and the Cubs. Adam also helped his brother Tony coach flag football. Adam loved to go fishing and loved playing video games. He is survived by his brother Tony (Michelle) Murphy of Monmouth, Illinois and his girl friend Julie Vanskike and her daughter Paige. His aunts and uncles survive and one nephew and two nieces. A number of cousins also are surviving. Services:A graveside service is planned on Tuesday the 15th of October at the Monmouth Cemetery at 11:00 am. His family plans a visitation at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth on Tuesday from 9:00 to 11:00 prior to the service at the cemetery. A memorial fund is being established by his family.
