Allen L. Hosier

Allen Lee Hosier, 78, of Galesburg, Illinois, died October 9, 2024.

Allen was born in Galesburg on May 9, 1946, the son of Clifford Allen and E. Viola (Griffitts) Hosier. Following high school, Allen enlisted in the United States Air Force, serving a tour in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged on September 2, 1967.

Allen’s parents, two brothers, and one sister preceded him in death. He is survived by a ½ sister, Molly Sue (Larry) Edler.

Graveside services with military rites will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Galesburg, Pastor Pam Marolla will officiate. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
