Betty J. Kraft, age 90, formerly of Peoria, Illinois passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015 in Normal, Illinois. Cremation is being accorded and no services are currently planned. Interment will be at a later date. Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth is in charge of arrangements.
