Carolyn J. (Kilpatrick) Davis

Carolyn J. Davis, age 77, formerly of Monmouth, passed away at 11:45 pm at the Good Samaritan Society in Davenport, Iowa on July 30, 2020. She was born on November 8, 1942 in Monmouth, IL.and is the daughter of Ross C. and Evelyn M. Newman Kilpatrick. She was raised by her grandparents and was reared and educated in local schools. She attended Illinois State at Bloomington, IL and then AIC in Davenport, Iowa. She was employed for 43 years in sales at J C. Penny  in Davenport, and has also been an Avon representative for 25 years locally. Her care is in charge of Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth and cremation is being accorded.  Locally a memorial graveside service for the committal of her ashes will be arranged for and announced at a later date.

Carolyn was most thankful and very appreciative for the many new friends and the care she has received at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Davenport, Iowa. Thank you !
