Chad L. Hennenfent, age 75 of Roseville, passed away November 16, 2010 at OSF St. Francis in Peoria Illinois. He was born on January 25, 1937 in Galesburg, Illinois to Thomas and Mildred (Francis) Hennenfent. Chad was reared and educated in Monmouth attending Monmouth High School. He then attended the Kemper Military Academy in Bloomville, MO. He served in the Unites States Navy. He was a cars salesman for over 30 years, sold mobile homes, and owned and operated A Little Bit of This and a Little Bit of That for 15 years in Monmouth. He enjoyed farming, horses, and loved all animals. He lived a full, happy life. Surviving are his sons, Greg Hennenfent (Mary) of O'Fallan, MO, Steve Hennenfent (Pam) of Ft. Madison, IA, Tom Hennenfent (Joelle Duarty) of Moline, Ill., one granddaughter, and cousins Geraldine Spicer and Jo Menely. He was preceded in death by his parents and several aunts and uncles. Services:A funeral service will be Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth. Cremation will be accorded following the service. His family will be present to receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established for the Monmouth-Roseville Education Foundation.
