Doris J. Abbadusky

Doris J. Abbadusky, age 82, of Monmouth, passed away at 9:50 a.m., Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at her residence in Monmouth. She was born on January 11, 1928, in Monmouth, the daughter of Hermon and Mildred Davis Woodward. Doris was reared and educated in Monmouth, and graduated from Monmouth High School. Doris first married Bill Hank on August 13, 1945. She then married Russell Abbadusky on May 19, 1972 in Monmouth. Doris worked for over 30 years at the Western Stoneware in Monmouth until her retirement. She enjoyed wintering in Texas, and liked to crochet and knit. Surviving Doris is one daughter, Carol Dutton (Jim) of Kirkwood, Ill., one son Ron Hank (Sharon) of Aledo, Ill., five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one brother Charles Woodward. Services:A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth. Interment will be in Monmouth Cemetery. Her family will be present at Turnbulls an hour prior to the service to receive friends. A memorial fund has been established for the Warren County Relay for Life.
