Eileen B. Keating

B. Eileen Keating, age 86, of Norwood and Monmouth, passed away at 5:45 pm at the Rosewood Care Center in Galesburg Friday March 9th, 2012. Eileen was born on September 21, 1925 in Roseville, IL and is the daughter of Herman and Beulah Poland Bruch. She was raised in Roseville and attended local schools through high school. She was married to John Keating on May 4th, 1951 in Roseville, and he passed away September 17, 1994. She and her husband farmed many years in the Norwood area. Eileen was a member of First Christian Church in Monmouth. Surviving are five daughters, Nancy Hudson (Allan) of DuBois, Pennsylvania, Barbara Seastrand (Bruce) of St.Peter, Minnesota, Mary Hayman (Bill) of Charlotte, North Carolina, Rebecca Riddell (Terry) of Alexis, Illinois, and Sally Cooper (David) of Viola, Illinois. Twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren are surviving. One brother survives, Richard Bruch (Marilyn) of Monmouth, Illinois. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, One daughter Martha Jane, and one brother Glenn Bruch. Services:No service or visitation is currently being planned. Cremation is being accorded.
