Elizabeth A. Tarr

Elizabeth A. Tarr, age 76, of Peoria, Illinois, passed away at 1:25 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at Fondulac Rehab and Health Care Center in East Peoria. Elizabeth was born February 19, 1932 in Hurst. Illinois. She is the daughter of Hughy and Leila Robison Russell. She spent her early life in Hurst. Elizabeth married Charles F. Tarr on November 18, 1968, in Creve Coeur, Illinois. He preceded her in death. She worked as a bookkeeper at a parking deck facility. Elizabeth was a member of the Morton Christian Church in Morton, Illinois. Elizabeth was a member of the Peoria Rock Hounds. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents and husband. Services:Cremation has been accorded. A graveside committal of her ashes will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2008, at the Warren County Memorial Park in Monmouth, Illinois. No calling hours or visitation are being planned. Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth is in charge of the arrangements.
