Ellen Jekabson, 81, of Galesburg, died at 6:55 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Knox County Nursing Home, Knoxville. Ellen was born October 30, 1936 in Latvia, Russia. She attended Chicago area schools. SHe is survived by one daugther, Jennifer Winter of Wisconsin along with one granddaughter, Fina Brockman of Florida. Visitation will be 10:30 am to 11 a.m. Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Memorial services will follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Glenn Bocox officiating.
