Esther L. Webster

Esther Lorraine Webster, 75, of Galesburg, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, May 3, 2026.

Esther was born on May 14, 1951, the daughter of James and Esther (Casey) George, in Hampton, Virginia. She married Martin Deane Webster on December 3, 1996. Esther retired from L.R. Nelson in Galesburg after spending 20 years with the company as a production team leader.

Esther enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors, and had a special love for animals – especially her pets, including her beloved German Shepherd Ozzie. One of her greatest joys was riding horses, a pastime she cherished throughout her life.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Marty; son, Joe Rosson; daughter, Casey Sepich; three brothers, James George, Thomas George, and David George; three sisters, Dorothy Hurley, Susan George, and Dena Kessler; as well as three grandchildren.

Esther was preceded in death by her parents, James and Esther; and by one sister, Jeri Pifer.
