Geneva E. Richardson Alban, formerly of Monmouth, died Wed., Feb. 29, 2012, at 1 p.m. At home in Huntington Beach, CA. She was born Sept. 20, 1915, in Yates City, IL, the daughter of Elbert D. And Elizabeth Ann Fryer Richardson. Services:Cremation will be accorded, as per her wishes, with burial at Monmouth Cemetery. Services to be announced later.
