Hildred Webster, 100, of 97 N. Whitesboro St., Galesburg, died at 5 a.m. on Monday, October 15, 2007 at Rosewood Care Center. Hildred was born on July 21, 1907 in Galesburg, the daughter of Richard and Frances Hopkins. She married James Webster. He preceded her in death. Surviving Hildred are a son, Richard of Galesburg, 3 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, and several great grandchildren. She was an electronics supervisor at Shure Bros. for many years. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m on Monday at Watson Funeral Home. No visitation is planned. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery, Galesburg.
