Howard R. Parsons, Jr., age 63, of Roseville, Illinois, passed away at 7:30 AM on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Roseville Rehabilitation and Health Care in Roseville. He was born July 2, 1957 in Burlington, Iowa, the son of Howard Roy, Sr. and Marilyn Jean (Long) Parsons. Howard attended school at Union High School. For a time, he worked at C&E Furniture in Burlington, Iowa.
Howard is survived by four sisters; Marla ( Leo Kuberski) Murray of Kimberly City, Missouri, Ethel Parsons, and Carolyn Parsons, both of Oquawka, Illinois, and Janet (Walter) Kemtlin of Monmouth, Illinois, two brothers; Perry Parsons of Biggsville, Illinois and Charles (Danny) Parsons of Arizona, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Dlenn Parsons.
As were Howard's wishes, cremation is being accorded. No services are planned.
