Jerome R. Brassell

Jerome Brassell,93, of Galesburg, passed away June 8, 2021. Jerome was born March 11, 1928 in Chicago to Daniel Thomas and Alice Marie (Meehan) Brassell.   Jerome was a quiet and reserved man, but always had a smile and wave for anyone who approached him. Jerome enjoyed the simple things in life: eating a 3 musketeers candy bar, watching John Wayne movies, and drinking a nice cold glass of pop.  He was rarely in a hurry, unless it was time for Dinner.  He will be greatly missed by his many friends and family at Plonka and KCCDD, especially Doug, Brenda, Shanna, Tiffany, Nancy, Lexi, Katie, Rolando, Ed, Bri, Devin, Rodney, Alda, Geoff, and Mitchell. Cremation will be accorded. Private Services will be held at Plonka Terrace. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
