Jessie Perez, 92, of Galesburg, Illinois, died peacefully Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at Seminary Manor, Galesburg, Illinois with her family by her side.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 4, 2026 at Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg, with the rosary being prayed at 4:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 5, 2026 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Galesburg. Father Jeffrey Stirniman will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Galesburg.
