Judy A. Buffalo

Judith Ann Buffalo, 91, of Galesburg, Illinois, died at 1:06 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Seminary Manor, Galesburg.

Judy was born October 20, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Paul B. and Kathleen D. (Barrett) Christman. Judy is survived by one daughter, Kristen (Bob) Durante of Galesburg, Illinois; two sons, Anthony (Rosa) Buffalo of Denver, Colorado and Bryan (Chris) Buffalo of Orlando, Florida; and one brother, Paul (Pat) Christman of Arizona. Judy is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Andrew and Lukas Buffalo, Lauren (Austin) Cole, Rachel (Brian)Yannaccone, and Christina (Ian) Smith; along with three great grandchildren, Wesley, Benjamin, and Parker. Judy was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Joan Rowader and Kay Blackburn.

Judy worked at Marshall Fields for over 25 years, spending many years as a hostess in the restaurant as well as floor sales. She was a longtime member of St. James Church in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Cremation will be accorded. Interment will be at Windridge Memorial Park and Nature Sanctuary, Cary, Illinois. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Online expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.watsonthomas.com.
