June Adams

June Adams, 79, of Utica, formerly of Galesburg, passed away at 12:51 p.m. April 28, 2012 at Heritage Health in Peru. She was born July 25, 1932 in Appomattox, VA and married to Charles Adams on April 14, 1950. He preceded her in death on September 8, 2000. Surviving her are three sons, Richard (Patricia) Adams of Appomattox, VA, Steven Adams of Galesburg, and Michael (Kristen) Adams of Utica, IL; seven grandchildren, Benjamin, Josh, Richard Jr., Bobby, Jacob, Matthew, and Seth; as well as two great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Funeral Home. A private graveside service has been arranged for a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the youth program at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Peru.
