Justin E. Main

Justin Elijah Main was born August 17, 1978 in Galesburg, IL and passed away May 31, 2025 at 5:54 PM surrounded by the love of his family. Justin was the son of Mary (Midge) and Richard (Dick) Wade. 

His family remembers him best as a lover of sports, music, camping, cooking, and continuous learning, especially as an avid Cubs fan. He was a loving and proud father to his daughters Alexia Main (Quincy Morrison), Alyssa (Adam) Pacheco, Natalie Main (William Youngren), Jordan Main and Jazmyn Main, and considered them to be the light of his life. He enjoyed the time he got to spend as Grandpa to his grandchildren Jocelyn, Juliana and Jace Smith, Miles Morrison, Aven & Izzy Pacheco, Montana Morrison, Lennon Youngren and Mariah Morrison. 

Justin was a storyteller at heart and would give the shirt off of his back to help another soul in need. He had a knack for thinking outside of the box and approaching life with creativity and an open mind. 

He is preceded in death by his sister Jennifer Main, and survived by his daughters, Alexia, Alyssa, Natalie, Jordan and Jazmyn; his partner, Michelle Gordon, his siblings Marissa Main, Mandy (Lee) Carpenter, Richie (daughter Remi) Wade, Joey (Brooke) Wade, Mirjana (Branden) Reigle, and parents Midge and Dick Wade, as well as several nieces and nephews. 

Justin is loved by many and remembered highly for the time we were given with him on this earth, although short and what never seems to be enough time.

It is with bittersweet sorrow that we say goodbye, until we meet again, and wish him well on his next journey. 

Services for Justin were held privately. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
