Katy A. Hansen

Katy A. Hansen, age 80 of 3111 N. Richards, Peoria, formerly of Galesburg, died at 9:20 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2006 at Sharon Willows South in Peoria. She was born December 20, 1925 in Davenport, Iowa to Ludwig P. and Elfreida Brücker Hansen. She is survived by a son, Charles O’Neil and a daughter, Barbara Gustavus of Galesburg. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild and a brother, Emil Hansen of Lynchburg, Virginia. Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 17, 2006 at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
