Larry Walter Mathers, 73, of Galesburg, died at 9:30 a.m. Monday, November 21, 2011 at home. Larry was born June 29, 1938 in Knox County the son of Carl and Vera (Swanson) Mathers. He is survived by a son, Richard (Ernestina) of Texas; a daughter, Tari Radloff of Colorado; and two grandchildren, Justin and Dakota. Larry served in the US Army. He was a self employed painter. Cremation rites have been accorded and no funeral services are planned. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Funeral Home, Galesburg.
