Leroy F. Minneman, Jr. age 91, of Paxton, Illinois, passed away at on Monday, January 25, 2016 at the Heartland Manor Health Care Center in Paxton, Illinois. A full obituary will be published later in the day. Visitation Visitation is planned from the hours of 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Funeral Service A funeral service is planned for 2:00 pm on Monday, February 1, 2016 at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Monmouth Cemetery.
