Mark J. Buster

Mark J. Buster, age 44, of Monmouth passed away at his Monmouth, Illinois residence on Friday November 1, 2013 at 6:30 am. Mark was born on February 26, 1969 Fayetteville, North Carolina and is the son of Mark and Carol Darnell Buster. He was raised here where he attended local schools and graduated from Warren High School with the class of 1987, Since his graduation Mark has been a heavy equipment operator for a time in the state of Florida. He also has been a mechanic in general construction and has worked for two years with OMCI and to the present, has worked at Keister's Tire in Monmouth, Illinois. He is a member of the J.W.Clendenin Post 2301 Veterans of Foreign Wars post. Mark enjoyed camping, fishing, ATV's, drag racing, playing pool, and listening to music. He loved to hang out with his friends, loved food, and enjoyed the Barb B-Q. Mark is survived by his mother Carol Buster and his father Mark Buster, both in Ft.Myers, Florida and three brothers, Randy and Michael Buster, both in Ft.Myers, FL. and Steve Buster (Wendy McIntosh) of Knoxville, Illinois. There is one son, three nieces and four nephews also surviving. He is preceded in his death by his grandparents, Trig and Rena Buster and George and Eva Darnell, and one uncle, Ambrose. Services:memorial service for Mark is planned at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth, Illinois on Saturday November 9, 2013 at 10:00 am. Cremation has been accorded. His family will receive friends following the memorial service, at the VFW post 2301 for fellowship.
