Mary C. Lodwick

Mary Catherine Lodwick, 67, of Galesburg, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Allure of Galesburg.

She was born August 28, 1958 in Galesburg, the daughter of William “Bill” L. and Barbara (Schlapp) Lepard. Mary married Cary D. Lodwick on August 23, 1997 in Galesburg.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Cary of Galesburg; one son, William “Billy” Breasaw, Jr. of Galesburg; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother, Lloyd Lepard of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and one sister, Clara Jean (Alex) Schinn of Galesburg. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Jennifer Breasaw; one brother, Wayne Lepard; and one sister, Linda Nolan.

Mary had a good Christian faith and was a member of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Galesburg. She enjoyed watching t.v., playing poker games, and cooking. Mary will be lovingly remembered for her happy and joyous spirit.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2025 at Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will be accorded following services. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
