Patrick T Roark

Patrick T. Roark, age 19, of Canton, Illinois; passed away at OSF St.Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois on October 2, 2009 at 7:56 pm. He is the son of Donald R. Roark, Jr. and Francie J. Hinton. Patrick enjoyed nature and being outside. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved to laugh. Patrick enjoyed animals, and playing with other children. He especially enjoyed music and the water and enjoyed the lights at Christmas.. He was always happy and smiling. Surviving Patrick is his father Don Roark of East Peoria, Illinois and his mother Francie Roark from Lawrence Kansas. Two sisters Tiffani Roark of Monett, Missouri; and Naomi Steele from Lawrence, Kansas. One brother survives Jacob Marshall in Kansas City, Missouri His grandparents Donald and Geraldine Roark of Galesburg, Illinois, Virginia Hinton of East Peoria, Illinois and Peggy Young of Stover, Missouri. Numerous Aunts and Uncles, and Cousins also are surviving. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Charles Hinton. Services:A funeral service will be on Wednesday October 7, 2009 at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth at 11:00 am His family plans to receive friends for an hour prior to the service 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth, Illinois. Interment will be in Monmouth Cemetery. A memorial fund is being established by his family.
