Richard R. "Richie" Vollbracht

Richard R. "Richie" Vollbracht, age 26, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at his residence in Berwick, Illinois. Richie was born on February 1, 1982, in Monmouth, Illinois. He is the son of Dickie Ray Vollbracht and Linda Sue (Crooks) Vollbracht. He was raised in Monmouth and graduated from Monmouth High School. Richie worked at Roseville Farmers Grain in Roseville, Illinois. He then was employed by Terry Davis Trucking of Roseville as a truck driver. Richie enjoyed spending time with his daughter, Madison. Richie enjoyed tinkerin' on his cars and trucks, mudding in his truck and horseback riding. Surviving Richie are his mother Linda Vollbracht and step father Leroy Mackey of Cameron, his father Dickie Vollbracht of Monmouth, Illinois. His daughter Madison Vollbracht of Abingdon, Illinois, one sister Trisha Hodges and Terry of Monmouth and one nephew Nicholas Hodges of Monmouth. Also surviving are his paternal grandmother Ruby Foster of Colchester, Illinois and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Richie is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, paternal grandfather and two step grandfathers. Services:A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2008, at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth. Interment will be in Monmouth Cemetery, Monmouth. Richie's family will be present to received friends at Turnbull's from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18. A memorial fund is being established for an Educational Fund for his daughter Madison.
