Rita L. Mccutheon

Rita L. McCutcheon, age 49, of Monmouth, Illinois; passed away at Kindred Hosptial in Sycamore, Illinois on Saturday February 18, 2012. Rita was born on January 19, 1963 in Monmouth, Illinois and is the daughter of Riley Crawford and Kathryn McCutcheon. She was raised in Monmouth where she attended local schools and graduated from Monmouth High School with the class of 1981. She then attended Carl Sandburg College for two years. Rita worked at the Galesburg Target Store for a number of years and also was a foster parent for many years. She liked to She is survived by her mother Kathryn Bates of Monmouth, Illinois, her father Riley Crawford of Riverside, California and two sons John and Tyree McCutcheon, both of Monmouth, Illinois. There are three brothers Shiloh Bates and Shane McCuthcheon both of Monmouth, Illinois and her brother Lance McCutcheon of Peoria, Illinois. She has several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins also surviving. She is preceded in her death by her grandparents. Services:A memorial service will be on Saturday February 25, 2012 at 11:00 am at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth, Illinois. Her family plans to receive friends for the hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Cremation has been accorded. A memorial fund is being established by her family.
