Robert " Robbie " Boyd

Robert A. "Robbie" Boyd, age 26, of Galesburg, Illinois; passed away at a rural Warren County residence on August 19, 2010 after Noon on August 19, 2010. "Robbie" was born September 17, 1983 in Galesburg, Illinois and is the son of Robert A and Cindy Millard Boyd. Robbie was raised in the rural Kirkwood area and attended school at Yorkwood. He then received his G.E.D. Robbie began work at Farmland Foods in Monmouth, then worked for Jackson Disposal in the Seaton area up until the present. He loved sports and enjoyed baseball, mushrooming, fishing and hunting. Robbie is survived by his mother, Cindy (Dale McKillip) of Galesburg, Illinois; his father Robert A. Boyd of Monmuth; one daughter Natalie J. Boyd of Monmouth; one son Anthony Rohr of Galesburg; his sister Jody Riedel of Monmouth; his grandfather Richard Millard of Monmouth; his girlfriend Tiffany Wilson of Monmouth; a nephew and niece Cody and Kaitlyn Riedel both of Monmouth, and two aunts, three uncles, and several cousins. Preceding Robbie in death is his maternal grandmother Betty Millard. Services:A funeral service for "Robbie" will be on Monday August 23, 2010 at 11:00 am at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth, where his family plans to receive friends for an hour prior to the funeral service, 10:00 to 11:00 am. Cremation is being accorded following the funeral service. A memorial fund is being established for the welfare of his children.
