Sara Ann Tucker, 58, of Galesburg, died at 7:06 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017 in the ER at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg. Sara was born March 14, 1959 in Monmouth, the daughter of Jackie and Jo Ann Smith Johnson. She is survived by Thomas and Jeremy Hunborg of Galesburg and Phillip Anderson of Galesburg. She is also survived by her sister, Caren Johnson of Galesburg. Cremation rites will be accorded. A celebration of life will be planned. Memorials may be made to the family.
