Sharon L. "Sheri" Bellinger

Sharon L. "Sheri" Bellinger, age 61, of Little York, Illinois, passed away at 3:35 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2008, at her residence. Sheri was born on Jan 7, 1947 in Keithsburg, Illinois, the daughter of Carl S. and Betty Louck Krusmark. Sheri was raised in Keithsburg and attended Keithsburg Schools. She married Lloyd A. Bellinger on August 13,1979 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He survives. Sheri worked at Western Stoneware in Monmouth, Illinois, for a number of years. Early on in her marriage to Lloyd, she was homemaker and was very much a part of their trucking and excavating business doing the books and keeping track of phone calls. She was a wonderful asset to the business. Sharon also worked at PASS Adult Education in Monmouth, in housekeeping for a time. Sharon enjoyed cooking, reading, planting flowers, mowing, shopping, going out to eat, creating specialty pottery at Western Stoneware in the lab, buying gifts for others and wrapping them beautifully to give and being with her family. She was always doing something for someone else -giving her time and resources to others. She is survived by Lloyd A. Bellinger of Little York, two daughter, Tia R. Walters and Mike of Kirkwood, Illinois, Diana Rupe and Jerry of Little York, five sons, Dana Fuller of Monmouth, Todd D. Cosgrove and Alecia of Port Orchard, Washington, Terry Bellinger and Penny of Little York, Wesley Bellinger and Nikki of Monmouth and Lloyd E. Bellinger of Oneida, Illinois, her mother Betty Krusmark of Keithsburg, 17 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, one sister Carol Wagner and Dave of Altamonte Springs, Florida and two brothers Kendall Krusmark of Keithsburg and Bob Krusmark of Little York. She is preceded in death by her father, one brother David Krusmark and one son David Bellinger. Services:Cremation has been accorded. No services are being planned by her family. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established for either St. Mary Medical Center or American Cancer Society. Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth is in charge of the arrangements.
