Shirley Ann Manley, formerly of Monmouth, Illinois; passed away in Marietta, Georgia on Saturday September 6th. A complete obituary will be published as soon as it is available. Services:Arrangements for her return and interment in Monmouth, are pending. Currently her family plans to receive friends at Turnbull Funeral Home on Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Interment in the Monmouth Cemetery will follow.
