Terri J. Harlow

Terri J. Harlow, age 49, of Galesburg, Illinois; passed away at her residence on December 19, 2011. Terri was born on December 12, 1962 in Monmouth and is the daughter of Walter E. and Gloria M. Wheeler Harlow. Terri was raised locally and attended Yorkwood High School and graduated with the class of 1981. She then attended Robert Morris College in Carthage and received certification as a Medical Assistant in 1983. Terri had worked at Bridgeway for twenty-four years until 2008 as a residential assistant. She enjoyed fishing, and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She also liked NASCAR racing and was very kind hearted. She is survived by her special friend, Kevin Maurer of Galesburg, Illinois, two sisters Kathy (Randy) Clark of Oquawka, Illinois and Linda (Gus) Munoz of Monmouth, Illinois. Two nieces Brooke Gittings of South Bend, In. and Rachel Munoz of Monmouth and three nephews Zakari Gittings of Oquawka, IL; Eric and Noah Munoz both of Monmouth, IL. Two aunts survive, Nancy Clemons of Joliet, Illinois and Nancy Wheeler of Kirkwood, Illinois, two uncles Larry (Sandy) Harlow of Joliet, IL and Tom Wheeler of Macomb, Illinois. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Services:A funeral service will be on Friday December 23, 2011 at 10:30 am at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth, Illinois. Cremation will be accorded following the service. Her family plans to receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Turnbull Funeral Home. A memorial fund is being established.
