Thomas D. Porter

Thomas D. Porter, 51, of 78 Lorraine Dr., Galesburg, died at 6:55 a.m. Thursday, November 26, 2009 at 2285 Washington, Galesburg.   Thomas was born on June 25, 1958 in Rock Island, the son of Betty L. Lundquist Porter.  Surviving is his mother, Betty of Galesburg; a brother, Todd (Janet) Harrington of Galesburg; a sister, Beth (John) Walters of Galesburg; 3 nephews, Shannon Porter, Jordan, and Antone Struckley; and 2 nieces, Shannah and Amber Harrington.   Thomas worked at the Holiday Inn Express in Galesburg.   Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 3, 2009 at Watson Funeral Home, with Pastor Bob Wakefield officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the family.
