Thomas R. Heatherly

Thomas Ralph Heatherly "Tom-Tom" ,age 3, of Monmouth, passed away at 8:31 p.m., Friday, July 6, 2012 at the OSF Holy Family Medical Center in Monmouth. He was born on March 17, 2009 in Galesburg, Ill., he is the son of Travis and Tina Younk Heatherly. Thomas enjoyed the outdoors and was a free spirit. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially with all his grandparents, and his brother and sisters. Tommy is survived by his parents, Travis and Tina Heatherly of Monmouth, one brother Kurtis Garnsey of Monmouth, two sisters; Victoria Garnsey and Angel Heatherly both of Monmouth. Also surviving are maternal grandparents Ralph and Bess Peel of Kirkwood, and paternal grandparents Tom and Kathryn Heatherly of Monmouth, and his aunts, uncles, and cousins that he enjoyed spending time with. Services:A funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July11, 2012 at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth. Interment will be in Monmouth Cemetery. Friends may call an hour prior to the service where his family will be present to receive friends. A memorial fund has been established and will be designated at a later date.
