Willard Lee Wheeler, 81, of Galesburg, died December 11, 2015 at home. Willard was born February 3, 1934 in Monticello, the son of Austin and Inez Moore Wheeler. Willard served in the US Army and was part of a survey crew while stationed in the Artic. He was a self employed entrepreneur. Per his wishes cremation rites have been accorded and no services are planned.
